Ron P., MT (ASCP) - Client Services Consultant
Ron serves as a member of the Client Services Department in the call center and as a consultant. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Medical Technology and Microbiology and over 14 years of clinical laboratory experience. He is also involved in test research and development. Ron enjoys the client interaction and troubleshooting aspect of his job duties.
Sue H., MT(ASCP) - Client Services Consultant
Sue has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Medical Technology and Biology from Concordia College. She has over 20 years of consulting experience. Sue has expertise in regulatory, shipping and OSHA safety requirements. She provides pre-inspection assistance, quality assurance guidance, and evaluation and statistical analysis of clinical correlation studies and quality control for clients. Sue also coordinates educational opportunities and inservices for client services. She enjoys the interaction with clients and finds it rewarding to help them find answers to their many questions.
